I’m an old-school writer. I like to sit and think and type and delete and start over. I even enjoy writing with pen and paper. I’ve always said I’m not good with extemporaneous speech, so I’ve never used dictation much. But lately, it’s been handy. But what do you do when inspiration strikes on a walk? Do I talk to myself on the sidewalk? I’m not sure I’m ready for that. I just hurried home and got back to my comfort zone. #authorinspiration #dictation #writerlife

Why is it so difficult to write short bios, book blurbs, etc.? I find it easier to write a full-length novel than to write a 400-word magazine article—about my own book! It seriously feels like I have never written a complete sentence in my life. 😂 #writersblock
